I cannot update my payment details online due to the bug in TPGs system which blocks this functionality when "an existing payment transaction is in progress." I believe I need to PM a representative to fix this, but from what I can tell my account needs to have the ability to send PM's enabled. Could a moderator please enable for me so I can resolve this issue.
