Cancel ADSL Account

Can someone from the Cancellations team please contact me. I have been waiting to get transferred to the team via the online chat system for over 2 hours. This is also the 2nd time I have posted to the community forum to make contact with someone. 

I have not had any Internet service for over 3 weeks and and I am now using a wireless broadband service. I no longer require the ADSL service. I would also like to to be reimbursed for the time the ADSL service has not been provided. My Customer ID is 3220981. 

I hope to hear back from a TPG representaive ASAP.
