Cancel Account

Hi There 

 

I have been trying to cancel my account as I am no longer in contract and have signed up to another provider. I have submitted three cancellation requests in writing as per your terms and conditions to cancel@tpg.com.au but have still not had anyhting other than an automated response. I also tried to call today to get this request completed and there is currently a 30 minuet wait to speak to someone. Please, for the fourth time, cancel my account. It really shouldn’t be this hard.
