Please immediately cancel my NBN service. I have rung three times and each time i'm told that someone will call me back to discuss my cancellation. I don't need to discuss it, I have already wasted hours of my life on the phone with your people trying to sort out my service which has never worked property ever since I had to move from ADSL2+.
I already have a new NBN service up and running that is working brilliantly!!
Please take this notification as my final word to you regarding my situation. If you persue this further I will take it up with the Ombudsman. I am not in contract and will be cancelling my credit card so you can't charge me anything else. I have been a customer of TPG for 18 years. It is very disappointing it has ended so badly.
