Cancel NBN plan

I would like to cancle my NBN plan at my old residential house because i am moving to new place where you guys dont provide nbn.
I have tried to message via online chat but nooone answered. Additionally i called 2days ago via your hotline number. I waited for nearly 1hr and they said someone would call me back but noone hasnt been in touch with me.
