I would like to cancel my NBN service - which I still don’t have activated. I signed up and paid upfront on 28/01/2021, after which I was advised installation would take place on 23/03/2021 - almost a 2 month wait. This delay is unacceptable and had this been made known upfront, I would not have signed up. Please advise who I need to contact to arrange.
