Hi, I am looking to cancel my broadband internet service from TPG. I have been on hold for 40mins after being passed from a previous TPG consultant. If I dont get through in the next 10 minutes i will cancel the Direct Debit. Please take this a notice and i confirm by this notification i will not be liable for any invoices or charges beyond this date. Please refund me me my advance payments.
My verified account number etc is in my registration for this chat.
