Cancel my FTTB

I have contacted TPG via phone (3Apr) and chat (7Apr) both times unable to help and will get someone else to contact me which has not happened. I am moving interstate as of 18Apr2020 and need my service cancelled, due to the lack of communication from TPG I have had my bank cancel the direct debit due 20Apr2020 as I will no longer be using the service or living at the address it is contacted to. I have taken screenshots of my request with time stamps to forward the matter to the Ombudsman, if it gets to that. Please someone contact me to confirm my account has been cancelled.
