I have tried to cancel my NBN service since Thursday 2 of April 2020. On Thursday got the automatic reply from the cancellation team with the note that my account will be closed in next 24 hours and than they stop charging me. I am out of contract I should not be charged for the service I do not use.. On Friday nothing happened. On Monday 6th of April I called the billing team and talked to Milagros . She told me to wait again for 24 to 48 hours. Nothing happened so I called the billing team again today ,talked to Ingram which I got the info to wait again for 24 to 48 hours. I also complained so she told me to wait for a phone call from the complains people. No one called.
