Please cancel my service immediately. I want a refund on my most recent month!
I have been trying to contact via Chat since 20th of March. I can't call or cancel the service through the my account section.
All I wanted to do was move house but your chat system is broken and NONE of your customer service reps know how to bloody read!!!
