Hi I’ve been trying to cancel my NBN service and billing since 04/04/2020 and has since been having issue each time I’m on TPG online support team waiting to be transferred to Cancellation Specialist. I was never transferred. I had also sent email request for cancellation to customer_service@tpg.com.au and have no reply so far.
Please URGENTLY cancel my TPG NBN service and direct debit billing on my Internet Account : 3047284.
I don’t not wish to be charged with direct debit for this month, April 2020 as I no longer require TPG internet service.
