can TPG kindly contact me so that I may close my account immeditely. Ive had no phone service or internet for 8 days without any resolution. therefore Goodbye. I suggest you respond ASAP AND THAT ANOTHER DIRECT DEBIT IS NOT MADE. IM SICK OF PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THERE FOR MY USE, PLEASE also cancel my direct debit effective immediately.
