I want to cancel my Internet service immediately.
Due to Covid-19, I can't go back Australia for quite a long time.
I've tried to connect customer service via your Chat system since 22th of March. But no one can help me to cancel my account, even I have tried so many times.
I can't call or cancel the service through the my account section. Neither email nor call had been replied.
Please cancel my service and account as soon as possible.
