It’s been 2 months already since i first tried to contact you without success.
Your lines are always collapsed, no one answers even after 2 hours waiting on the phone! Same with the chat, i’ve Started several conversations and suddenly they stop writing.
I’ve cancelled my internet account but you have charged me again.
