I have cancelled my 5g home modem service (3 days ago) but have not yet received the promised email with details as to where the modem can be returned. Where do I return the modem?

The return e-connote will be generated and be sent to your email by the end of the billing cycle. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the situation.
