As a long term customer, first time experience this unfair charge.
Never notice this condition before.
TPG has stopped my service on the day I decided to change provider and still charge me for the next 30 days.
I am not in a contract.
I can understand if you charge me for another 30 days if I still need your services or you still providing services to me. But in my case, TPG just cancelled my services, my new NBN service not even activated.
I just feel not fair to charge me an extra month without providing services.
Anywhere I can make a complaint ?
