We're sorry to read that you are cancelling your service with us. We are also unable to retrieve your account using your community details.
We can have our Account Specialist to contact you regarding this request as there is no option to cancel your service via online. Due to security reasons, we do not divulge the cancellation process publicly as we normally discuss account related information and specific billing concerns on these processes.
There are different circumstances why a specific customer cancels a service. Furthermore, we do not want the account to be compromised; thus, we deal with this type of concern privately.
