Please cancel my ADSL+ Home Phone Service IMMEDIATELY and refund pre-made direct debit and unused credit.
I have moved out of the address and the services, which are out of contract, must be disconnected IMMEDIATELY.
I have been trying to get in contact with TPG customer service via phone and online chat for a few days, but unsuccessfully.

Hi I sent email request to cancel services as requested. Why have I still not received any response from TPG yet?
And the services at that property still not disconnected. Other people are moving into that address and they can not arrange their own phone and ADSL+ services without mine being disconnected first. So I need TPG to disconnect the current services right NOW! ?
