Cancellation of ADSL service

I spoke to someone on the 2/4/20 in regards to the cancellation of my internet service at the property I am moving out of. I was told I would get a call back from someone in regards to finalising it the next day however it’s now been 5 days and have no received an email or phone call to confirm. I hand in the keys in 2 days time and really need the internet to be cancelled so new tenants can connect their internet.
I have also tried calling and going on the online chat but continually get disconnected or told to try again later.
