Cancellation of Home wireless 4g broadband

Hi TPG team, I am trying to cancel my Home 4G wireless broadband. Speed is very slow so I want to cancel this order. I can't see anywhere in My accounts section for cancellation of services. Calling on TPG support is not helping, I am hanging on call for more then 30 mins.. Is there an easier way to do this?
