Cancellation of mobile phones

I called TPG to cancel 2 mobile phones numbers I have with TPG.

 

Eric told me to email my name, address, phone numbers and reason for cancellation to the email address: mobilecancel@tpg.com. THis address does not work. Can I please be advised of the correct address to where I can send this information please?

We're sad to know that you're considering to cancel your mobile service with us. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows a different account.

 

Please send us your mobile account details (customer ID together and the mobile number).
