Cancellation of new account and advanced payment refund

Hi There, i need someone to assist on cancelling my NBN plan at TPG. I have tried the online support, live chatting and reached out to 4 people however no one ever solved my problem and they all end my conversation by "let me transfer you to an account specialist" then it's forever waiting. I have been dealing with different staff since 10am today and its been 5 hours, still no one reached out and I honestly do not know whether there is any "account specialist" able to help. I have also requested for my account to be canceled and the advanced payment to be refunded as it’s not even been 24 hours since I signed up. I am posting this here as well. Please serve this as a written notice and assist solving this matter as we do not wish to use your services. (This is a no contract account)
