Cancellation of service after no response

Hi team,

 

Can you please assist me with cancelling my business internet service? I have emailed twice and also had a chat conversation online with a representative who was arranging a call back (Chat ID: 802430)

, but still no response. The initial request was made on 09/04/2020.

 

Please help.
