Hello all, after 6 days of poor nbn service, today I have decided to cancel it.
I was able to talk to customer service 3 times today, when they try to transfer me to an assistant to continue the process, the chat does nothing for hours and nobody is getting in touch with me.
I tryied to delete my bank details from the TPG account but it is not possible, so I will call my bank to cancell the service. Is there any other way?
