Can somebody PLEASE cancel my account. I used the cancellation form probably 7 days ago... nothing, no correspondence. I ring yesterday and conveniently am put on hold for 30 mins. Then what would you know I get through and I am placed on hold again only to find out that guess what? The cancellation team is busy. I get asked when is the best time to call back, I said anytime. Nothing in 24 hours. You're telling me in 24 hours there wasn't a single second of time there to call me back and cancel my account?  I ask again somebody PLEASE cancel my account.
