I want to cancel one of my NBN accounts as I have sold my house.

I have now been on the online chat 5 times now and they were going to connect me with an account specialist but they didn't do that. Moises was going to connect me to a cancellation team member but again no luck.

I want this cancelled today. Terrible service. 

I will look at cancelling all my accounts if there isn't a quick response.
