I need to cancel my Mother's TPG account immediately. She has tried calling several times and is always put on hold and then disconnected. She has no way to cancelling her account. Please advice of process ASAP. Happy to provide account details etc.

For cancellations you will need to send an email to email@example.com.
In the subject line, put in your account number.
In the email put that reason for cancelling,
Also put the date of cancellation. The cancellation team will process the cancellation.
