Cancelled ADSL many times - still getting billed

Hi

 

Cancelled my TPG account twice using their online form and still got billed. Called them up and cancelled and the account was STILL not cancelled.

 

Have tried one last time sending an email but after that  its off the the TIO.

 

Surely it should not be that hard to cancel an account?

We've managed to check your cancellation request and we've seen that someone sent an email in your behalf to terminate the account; however, due to our privacy law, our cancellation team cannot honor this request. 

 

We already asked our cancellations team to process your request immediately and you should hear from them via email within the day.
