Cancelled Plan

Hi there,

I really need to cancel my mobile plan, I have chat with the online support team several times over the last three months but all end up with no reply.

Could you please let me know how to cancel my mobile plan?

Hello Michael3,
Thank you for being a part of the TPG Community.
For cancellations you will need to send an email to xxxxx@tpg.com.au.
In the subject line, put in your account number.
In the email put that reason for cancelling,
Full name,
Address and
D.O.B.
Also put the date of cancellation. The cancellation team will process the cancellation.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, even I was planning to discontinue the plan. So, is it ok if i send the cancellation email to the mail you've stated above?
