Cancelling my TPG NBN account

I wish to cancel my TPG Fixed Wireless NBN account.
I have been with TPG for many years (over 10) and the service has been great.

However, TPG has no plans to increase the fixed wireless speeds above the 25MBps they currently offer in my area and I am able to get double this speed with an alternative provider at the same price. 
25MBps would be fine, but with evening speeds of around 15 MBps and slow uploads (no good for me as I continue to work from home) it does not make sense to stay with TPG any longer, unfortunately.
I would like to cancel but also get email forwarding if possible for a while.
If someone can let me know what the process is, that would be appreciated...
Unless there are plans to upgrade to faster speeds in my area very soon, as other providers can already do, I will be moving on.
