Get online support
Hi all,
I have just moved overseas and cannot find a way to cancel my current broadband plan as I cannot make internatinoal calls with my current US mobile plan and there is no support email listed on the website, only phone numbers.
I tried to check if it was possible to cancel through my online account dashboard but to log in, I need an authentication code being sent to my Australian number that I can't receive. Any advise or solutions would be much appreciated!
