Cannot access mobile accounts website

Hello. Just spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get this fixed, but I can't access the website to update my payment details and my number is currently pending a cancel request due to insufficient funds (which I can't rectify due to website error.)

 

Not really sure what to do. Every time I try to access the right website to update my details I get the "something has gone wrong, you will be redirected to the homepage. please try again later" error. There are no issues with my internet and I'm getting it both on desktop and phone. Also across multiple browsers (microsoft edge, google chrome).
