Cannot turn on International roaming as I cannot receive code overseas

Hi,

I am overseas and I need to turn on international roaming. To turn it on, I need to log into my TPG account, which I cannot. I cannot because when I try to log into my account from internet, says a code has been sent to my mobile number. But, my mobile number is not working (because of no international roaming). So, how can I log in to my TPG account or how can I turn on international roaming?
