Change of ownership form

Hi, I'm currently completing a change of ownership form, few questions:

- for section B, what is a service number and how do I find it?

- for section C, can I keep it empty so that it uses the old payment details instead of nominating a new one?

- for Customer Service Guarantee, is NBN 50 FTTB considered a NBN bundle? I don't use landline at all, do I need to sign it?

For section B, you may leave it blank.

For Section C- Incoming account holder information.

CSG needs to be sign by incoming account holder.
