I am really disappointed with the service provided. As mentioned in various emails by TPG, I have called the call centre but no one ever picks the call up. I have tried on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday and I made sure that I was calling during working hours mentioned. I recently changed my payment details and I am not sure why I have been charged $1 twice?

We are able to locate your account using your community details and we've seen that the credit card was updated twice on 30th of March. There will be a $1.00 test charge to check the validity of your card. The $2.00 will be used in the next month's bill.
