Changing out of date payment details while transaction is due.

Recently my debit card was inactivated in order to activate a new one, however the payment for my mobile service was due before i could update my payment details on tpg, and therefor I cannot pay the bill, when trying to change the payment details it says a existing transaction is in place and doesn’t allow me to change the details. I’m not sure what to do.
