Changing plan to NBN100

I’ve submitted my change of plan from NBN50 to NBN100 almost 2 weeks ago. TPG has taken the money out of my account, but failed to provide the service.

I have messaged via the TPG app for assistance 3 times but received no reply. Please change my plan, but refund me the difference because I am paying for something that isn’t provided to me.

Pretty shocking customer service.

I have requested for our Plan Change Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back ASAP with an update.
