Charged after 5G service cancelled

Hi TPG Team,

 

I cancelled my 5G internet and on 24/11/2022 I confirmed with a staff over the phone that there will be no charge as I am in first month free period. 

 

However, there was a charge $54.99 from my account.

 

I am wondering whether the charge $54.99 will be treated as a credit to my NBN account?
