I received a text from tpg on Sunday morning saying - You've been charged 2gb extra data block for billing period ending 9/10/22.
I then received another text saying - Your data is now barred as you have insufficient Prepaid balance.
I was nowhere near using all my data but still received these texts. I tried to phone tpg but keep getting the recording saying all their lines are busy and to call back later. I would like to have this issue resolved by tpg. I was nowhere near using all my allocated data and I have seen on here that other people received this message also so I'm assuming there has been some sort of fault on tog's end. Thank you
Hi @Michellew , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.
