I have moved houseslast month, and was intially planning to move with TPG. But inspite of multiple attempts via online chat (Call centre not available), I did not get any support and hence moved to another provider at my new home. Since then I have been trying to close my TPG account, with no avail.

I have even emailed the helpdesk on 19th March, and did not recieve any response yet even after follow ups. I also tried private message here in TPG community. It has been nothing short of terrible customer support thus far.

 

Today I noticed that the monthly fee has been deducted from my account for the internet which I'm no longer using. I want to close my account with effect from 19th March and refund the outstanding amount including the monthly fee charged today.

Also would like to add that I am not in a contract with TPG and I will be escalting with the ACCC Telecom Ombudsman.  User ID: 6069254
