Hi I have moved home and now no longer need TPG connection and account.
I have been trying toclose out my account since 26th, but getting no support as they have moved to chat from phone.
I have to wait for 3-4 hrs to get some one in the chat, and then post verification, I am told an account specialist will assist further. Again wait for 2-3 hrs, but either the chat is closed by someone, or there is not response.
I am struggling to get it closed and looking forward for any help in this regard.
