To whom do I speak to request compensation.  Due to an outage at tpg's end I was unable to send or receive emails for almost two weeks.

We'd like to check what happened with your email service. The email outage we had last month started 28-08-19 and was fixed 02-09-2019. If you're having issue with your email beyond the 2nd of September it might be affected by a different issue.


We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records. To better understand the situation, please PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
