Hi, I am unable to log into app but fine log in to online account myaccount.tpg.com.au.
Error code is WKJ76J

Thanks for raising this matter to us. The TPG App is currently available for NBN and Home Wireless accounts whilst you have to access the My Account via web browser if you have a mobile subscription with us. When you encountered this error, are you connected via WIFI or mobile data?
