Cut off before extension request approved

I called TPG on the 3rd of November to request for an extension. The individual on the phone verified my details and they would get back to me on my request. I never received a call back or email, and my internet service was cut off today on the 10th of November. I am a full time online university student. I was wondering if I could still request an extension to Friday the 13th of November, as I can definitely pay by then.
