My name is Timothy Lee Gibbon. My mother, Alice Gibbon, 9 Mountview Pde, recently passed away. I am registered to access her account. The TPG fees are normally charged monthly to her mastercard which will soon be deactivated. The account was under the name of mlgibbon@tpg.com.au. Dad passed away a few years before mum. Mum's phone is 02 6554 7277.

 

I want to make a one-off payment to keep the account open for the next 6 months.

How can I arrange that?
