Get online support
I have gone online and changed the account details to a classic (debit) account.
There was a special condition saying that we needed to call TPG to confirm we are changing from a credit card to a debit/classic card.
Can you please confirm what else I need to do.
I have tried calling twice and been on hold for an insane amount of time.
I understand why I am hoping we can fix this online.
