Direct Debit payment

My credit card recently expired and was looking to change my payment options to direct debit. I updated the details on my account but there was an outstanding balance remaining on my account. When I attempt payment, it is still showing the credit card as the payment option. How do I get it to retry payment with my direct debit details?
