Disconnection Advice NBN Bundle

I have just received notice that my internet service is disconnected.
I called and spent 35 minutes on hold and then spoke with a TPG customer service member who transferred my call to another department and disconnected the call.
I am a single mother, homeschooling my child while in lockdown isolation from Covid19. I have lost my employment during this viral epidemic.
I need my internet re-connected to access return to work information, my study and schooling tools and health warnings and updates relating to work and home.
