Please send me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time tomorrow.
I have updated my direct debit details 3 months ago, and since then I have been charged monthly to both accounts. When I check my payment details on my account, they are correct and only show my new bank details, and checking the statement only shows I am being charged to that account, but I am definitely being double charged every month.
I moved location around 6 months ago, wondering if I'm being charged for the old house and the new?
