*PLAN KEEPS EXCEEDING YET NOT USING PHONE MORE*
Can someone please advise why i am being sent more messages now advising i am almost exceeding my limit yet i am not using my phone any more than usual. This has been happening since I was notified the data allowance was also changing. Why are the bills not itemised? Is this even legal? With the ACCC announcement today 9th August 2021 nipping your heels i would like some answers as this seems completely unacceptable & unjustified. I do not use my phone any more than usual, yet the message 'You have used 50% of your Any Network included value' now appears more frequent than ever before and i am considering taking this further as i do not believe this is correct and your systems in place are not at an acceptable level or standard. Then i find i am being charged extra fees automatically from my card but the phone is not in excessive use. I am surely not the only customer who have had this issue recently - this is the fourth consecutive month I am being told 'exceeding value' against the plan. EXAMPLE: My cut off date is much later in the month/almost the end of the month - but i JUST RECEIVED A TEXT TODAY STATING I HAVE ALREADY USED 50%?? You must be kidding me. Please respond - or is anyone else out there having this issue? It is a very clever way to cut your phone usage isnt it.
